Wing Commander Anupam Kathuria
Anupam Kathuria is a 42 years old helicopter pilot. He has an experience of more than 5000 hours of accident/incident free flying on various types of helicopters.
He has had a rich and varied experience in his 21 year stint with the Indian Air Force. He has flown Alouette III, Lama, MI-8, and MI-17. He was actively involved in Kargil operations in 1999. He has done extensive offshore flying in Andaman and was part of a UN peace keeping mission in the Congo and has done commendable work during various disaster relief operations.
He is married and has a son who is a keen photographer. He likes to listen to jazz and tries to strum the guitar in his free time.
